Director of production, Organizational leader & Audio engineer at VAST REALMS. Freelancing for other international and local businesses with wide array of ever-sharpening skills. Over the past two years, I have prepared the foundations, future plans, budgeting, value reinforcement plans, communications, all logistics, cyber security plans and the initiatives for a sound-design company, an audio-processing company, an original band, the underlying organization behind the musical group, a media production department and the partners of these bodies and other social networks. In these overseeing directive tasks, I have been the trustworthy baseline to the participants and colleagues, and have handled things in an exemplary manner despite the gravity of any problems encountered. My English proficiency exceeds the C2-level, the highest classification. I have more than 11 years of technical experience, over 2 years of managerial experience in business ventures, over 3 years of financial management experience, 5 years of project management experience and one year of B2B-sales experience. I have also worked as a store manager. Although my degree is currently in electrical engineering, I also study leadership, which is the most central out of every subject available at Aalto University to my past, upcoming actions and ventures, and my personality and character. I study HR, organization management, people management, project management and various other subjects of leadership at the University and in our business time through theory, practice and applicative examples.
